Late as usual, and no new pics to share.
Leah is 11 months old! It's so hard to believe that a year ago I was huge pregnant with her and wondering when she'd get here, who she'd look like, and how her personality would be. Now she's almost a year old and such an awesome addition to our family!
At 11 months old, Leah:
nurses 5 times a day (at wake up, mid-morning, before nap, afternoon, before bed)
eats 3 meals a day consisting of baby food and/or table food
still doesn't care for drinking from a sippy
sleeps 12ish hours straight at night
takes one 2 hours nap in the afternoon
wears mostly 6-9mos clothes, but still wears some 3-6 mos
wears a size 3 diaper
isn't walking yet, but is still crawling and cruising and can stand unassisted for short periods
has 5 teeth
loves to play peek-a-boo, even if no one else is playing with her lol

bits and pieces
I'm working on getting the last few details of Leah's party hammered out. I can't believe my baby girl is almost a year old! I mean, I've been planning her party for months. But it just hit me that that means she's ONE YEAR OLD! Her party is going to be an owl theme in mostly pink and brown. I just finished her invitation and am working on some other printables for the party as well.
Homeschooling is going pretty well. I am about to start a new Geography Curriculum called Expedition Earth. I'm pretty excited about that. I think the girls are going to have a great time with it.
I took Natalie to the dr. today because she's been running a 102+ fever since Sunday morning. It's probably just something viral, so hopefully it'll let up soon and she'll start feeling better. The poor girl has felt really awful the past few days. She hasn't eaten hardly anything and has pretty much just laid around watching tv and resting. She told me tonight she just wants to not be sick anymore because it's no fun! Awwwww! :(
Leah finishing off her applesauce
Her new silly grin
Natalie lost her other top tooth!
It looks funny to me to see Erica wearing her "big sister" shirt in this pic with natalie

2010 Review: Jan-June
My computer has been running so slow lately, that it's been a huge pain to try to get my pictures to open or upload. I finally managed to get these 6 collages made and figured I'd better go ahead and post them. I'll try to get the rest of the year done soon. Blogging has sadly, once again, taken a backseat to all my other daily activities. So in an effort to have SOMETHING posted... here is my 2010 Review: January - June.
January: Natalie got her ears pierced
February: Leah was born!
March: We loved on our new baby girl
April: bluebonnets
May: Leah's Baby Dedication, Pawpaw's 70th Birthday, Natalie learned to ride her bike w/out training wheels
June: Natalie was saved and baptised, I was a bridesmaid in my brother Craig's wedding
